NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF REGTECH LTD. 

RegTech Ltd., a Minnesota corporation, hereby provides this notice of dissolution to creditors and claimants pursuant to Minnesota Statues §302A.727. RegTech Ltd. is in the process of dissolving. RegTech Ltd. has filed with the secretary of state a Notice of Intent to Dissolve on March 1, 2016. Any claims against RegTech Ltd. must be made in writing and presented to the attention of Gale Van Buskirk at RegTech Ltd.’s office located at 1390 Arden View Drive, St. Paul, MN 55112. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A MASTER AND FINAL

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

PLANNING CASE 16-003 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., the Arden Hills Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for a Master and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the Arden Square property at 1160 County Road E West. The proposed improvements would rearrange the property’s drive lanes and parking spaces into a more efficient use of space. 

The property at 1160 County Road E West is generally located south of County Road E West, east of Pine Tree Drive, north of Harriet Avenue, and west of Lexington Avenue North. 

The application and all documentation are on file and available for inspection at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. A report evaluating this application will be available for viewing at City Hall and online at www.cityofardenhills.org/agendacenter approximately one week prior to the public hearing. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation regarding this application, the City Council will likely review the decision at their April 25, 2016 meeting. 

This notice is given pursuant to Section 1355 of the Zoning Code in the Arden Hills Code of Ordinances. Any person in favor of, opposed to, or interested in said application will be heard by the Planning Commission at the time and place above stated. Written comments can also be sent to City Hall.

PLANNING CASE 16-009 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., the Arden Hills Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for a Zoning Code Ordinance Amendment to delete references in the Zoning Code to the previous classification of the 427-acre Twin Cities Army Ammunitions Plant (TCAAP) property as Mixed Residential District and Mixed Business District. 

The staff report and all documentation are on file and available for inspection at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. A report evaluating this application will be available for viewing at City Hall and online at www.cityofardenhills.org/agendacenter approximately one week prior to the public hearing. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation regarding this application, the City Council will likely review the decision at their April 25, 2016 meeting.
